SHIPPING POLICY

Free standard USA shipping only. We ship with USPS Ground. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. Once your order is packed and shipped you will receive shipment notification and tracking notification via the email you provided. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once you receive the tracking number. We do not offer expedited delivery. We ship between Mondays to Saturdays.

Package stolen, lost, damaged or missing?

We are not responsible if your package was stolen, undelivered, lost, damaged or missing. 

We can send you instructions on how to file for a claim to USPS for lost, missing or damaged package. 

Filing a claim for mail packages that are lost or missing should be 15 days after the mailing date and should be before the 60 days from the mailing date.

If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date.

Damaged items during transit:

 We ask that you save all the original packaging from the order and the original contents, these may be inspected by the shipping carrier. Please take pictures of the package, the item damaged. Please do not ship damaged items back to us.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

We will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping info the buyer provided during checkout. 

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If the package returned to us we will contact you via email if you still want it shipped but you will be responsible for additional shipping at that time or we can refund you only if all the items were returned to us.

Product Availability

We will make every effort to indicate availability on each of our products. However, in the event of the purchase of an unavailable item, we will notify the purchaser and they will have the option of waiting for the item to become available or cancelling all or part of the order. If the item will no longer be restocked, we will refund you the amount of the item.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed. Allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship especially if you have handmade bracelets included in your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Shipping address changes?

No shipping address changes allowed once you have completed the purchase.

COUPON CODES

If you forgot to input the coupon code, we cannot update discount code promos to your order after your order has been placed.

Natural Product & Color Variance Disclaimer

At GVGems, we take pride in crafting our bracelets using genuine, natural gemstones. Because these stones are formed naturally, no two beads are exactly alike.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Unique Characteristics: Your bracelet may feature slight variations in color intensity, shading, mineral patterns (veining/inclusions), and bead shape compared to the website photography.

• Display Differences: Computer monitors and smartphone screens display colors differently, and lighting during photography can affect how the stones appear online.

• Not a Defect: These organic variations are not considered manufacturing defects; rather, they are proof of the stone's natural authenticity.

  
  

We do not offer refunds or direct exchanges based on these natural stone variations. If you are unsatisfied with the unique look of your bracelet, you may request a standard return according to our return policy.

REFUND POLICY and NO EXCHANGES

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason we are here to help.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days from the day of your delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Because our gemstone bracelets are uniquely crafted, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange a bracelet for a different item, you must follow our return process and place a new order.

How the Return and Refund Process Works:

• Step 1: Contact Us via Email

  Within 15 days of receiving your package, send us an email at gvgems9@gmail.com or contact us at our Contact Page stating that you want to return the package. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  
  

• Step 2: Use the Provided Return Label

  
  

  If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. You must print this label, attach it to your package, and drop it off with the designated mail carrier.

  
  

• Step 3: Mail the Product Unused

  
  

  To qualify for a refund, the bracelet must be mailed back completely unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Step 4: Inspection and Refund Determination

  
  

  We must wait for the item to physically arrive back at us before we can determine if a refund will be issued. Once received, our team will thoroughly inspect the bracelet. If it passes inspection, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

  
  

Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned bracelet shows signs of wear, alternation, or damage.

How to measure your bracelet size Measuring your wrist: 1. Use a string, ribbon or any other soft material you have available. Wrap it around your wrist, and then mark your strip with a pen where the end of the bracelet needs to be. Make sure its not too tight or too loose around your wrist. Remove the string and lay flat to measure the string with a regular ruler.  Measure in inches. If you do not have a ruler you can download a printable ruler online. 2. You can also measure your wrist by wrapping a soft tape measure around the point on your wrist where you would like your bracelet to sit. Make sure you have selected a comfortable position (i.e. not too tight and not too loose around your wrist).If you are purchasing a bracelet that allows you to select your wrist size, make sure to pick the size closest to your preferred wrist measurement.  If you are purchasing handmade bracelets as a gift and are unsure of the exact wrist size, a general rule of thumb is: 6-6.5" fits an extra small wrist, 7" fits a small wrist; 7.5" fits a medium wrist; 8" fits a large wrist; and 8.5" would fit an extra large wrist.
