Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for filing their own USPS claims. We do not complete, submit, or file claims on behalf of customers.
Customers must contact USPS directly and follow its procedures to submit a claim. Claim approval, reimbursement amounts, and eligibility are determined by USPS according to the applicable insurance coverage and claim requirements.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact your local post office before submitting a missing mail request or claim.
Important Notice
While packages may include insurance coverage, reimbursement is not guaranteed. USPS reviews each claim and determines whether it qualifies for compensation.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. For lost or missing packages, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
