The Chakra Bracelet includes the following:
Amethyst (Crown Chakra) - it said to be an extremely powerful & protective stone with a high spiritual vibration. Provides calm and positivity to those who wear or use the stones. The crown chakra is the seventh energy center in the body.
Lapis Lazuli (Third Eye Chakra) - it is said to encourage taking charge of life It reveals inner truth, encourages self-awareness and allows self-expression. It is said to encourage clear communication.
Sodalite (Throat Chakra) - Sodalite is said to bring order and calmness to the mind. It is said to encourage rational thought, objectivity, truth and intuition, along with verbalization of feelings.
Green Aventurine (Heart Chakra) - Green Aventurine is said to provide strength, confidence, courage, and happiness. It is said to renew one’s optimism for life and urges one to get out of their comfort zone and take on new opportunities. It is said to be one of the luckiest crystals, especially for manifesting prosperity and wealth.
Tiger's Eye (Solar Plexus) - is a protective stone. It assists in accomplishing goals and promoting clarity of intention and are known to give you courage, self confidence and strength of will. The solar plexus chakra also has much to do with motivation, willpower, and purpose.
Honey Calcite (Sacral Chakra) - Honey Calcite is said to beconnected to strength and personal power. All Calcite is said to be a powerful cleanser and amplifier of energy.
Red Jasper (Root Chakra) - Red Jasper is said to shield against adverse energies, facilitates mental healing by clearing and harmonizing the mind to enhance clarity and concentration, it is said to inspire creativity and passion, and offers stability during challenging periods.
All beads used are made from approx 8 mm round smooth polished natural gemstone beads and with sturdy premium quality clear elastic cord that retains it's elasticity well, stainless steel bead spacers and hematite tree of life.

Measuring your wrist: 1. Use a string, ribbon or any other soft material you have available. Wrap it around your wrist, and then mark your strip with a pen where the end of the bracelet needs to be. Make sure its not too tight or too loose around your wrist. Remove the string and lay flat to measure the string with a regular ruler. Measure in inches. If you do not have a ruler you can download a printable ruler online.
2. You can also measure your wrist by wrapping a soft tape measure around the point on your wrist where you would like your bracelet to sit. Make sure you have selected a comfortable position (i.e. not too tight and not too loose around your wrist).
If you are purchasing a bracelet that allows you to select your wrist size, make sure to pick the size closest to your preferred wrist measurement.
If you are purchasing handmade bracelets as a gift and are unsure of the exact wrist size, a general rule of thumb is: 6-6.5" fits an extra small wrist, 7" fits a small wrist; 7.5" fits a medium wrist; 8" fits a large wrist; and 8.5" would fit an extra large wrist.
